Can I consign a watch without sending it to us?
Not at the moment! Our concierge consignment service requires physical examination of all watches to ensure authenticity and display their true condition to potential buyers at our boutique.. We will soon introduce an express consignment service, allowing you to list a watch with us without sending it to us until it sells. Stay tuned!
Do you accept consignments from sellers globally?
We currently accept consignments in our Hong Kong and New York boutiques, where our authentication centres are located. If you have any further inquiries, please contact us.

How can I find out how much my watch is worth and start listing at here?
We will need the information below: watch brand, model, reference number, year of purchase and clear photos of your timepiece.
Let us know if the original box and papers are included; you can also provide supporting documents like a sales invoice or service papers from the brand.
What is the consignment period with Wristcheck?
The minimum consignment period at Wristcheck is 90 calendar days. If you wish to have your watch returned within the minimum consignment period, please note that we charge a fee of US$ 1,000.
How long will it take for me to get a quotation from Wristcheck after I submit a quotation request?
Our Watch Specialists will get back to you within 2 business days (Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 to 7:00 EST).
How long does it take for us to review my consignment request?
We typically review consignment requests within 1-2 business days.
When and how do I receive payment for my watch?
Once your watch has been sold and the Buyer has confirmed receipt and satisfaction with the watch, you will receive payment through wire within 5 business days. For orders that require delivery, the payment will be issued within 5 business days after the 7-calendar-day Buyer protection period. Rest assured that Wristcheck handles the payment process and deducts the Seller fee before sending you the payment.
Can I directly sell my watch to us without consigning?
We are a consignment platform, which means we do not buy watches from customers outright.
