Bronze watches are a mainstay in Panerai’s collection since the introduction of the first Bronzo back in 2011. Since then, the brand has released many watches featuring the bronze material and many brands have also followed suit with their own bronze offerings.Released in 2021, the Panerai Submersible Bronzo Blu Abisso PAM01074 is one of the latest iteration of the Bronzo but whereas previous models featured a large 47mm case, this new PAM01074 offers a more wearable 42mm case size. The watch has a graduated scale on its bronze anti-clockwise spinning bezel and a striking blue dial. The date is displayed at 3 o’clock and the small seconds are shown at 9 o’clock. Powered by the brand’s P.900 automatic calibre the watch offers a comfortable 3 days of power reserve. The watch is complete with a beautiful scamosciato strap with ecru stitching, which contrasts elegantly against the bronze bezel. The watch also features a second blue rubber strap.
