Its silvered dial keeps the aesthetic restrained yet unmistakably Cartier, with black Roman numerals, a chemin-de-fer minute track, and blued steel Breguet hands. The mechanical manual-winding calibre 9780 MC powers the watch, set within the solid platinum case capped by a sapphire cabochon winding crown.
